An Evening with Radzi

Radzi cracked me up big time when he told me abt this. Of course there's more to it la just that I won't blog it out because I can't wait to share this with my classmates. Hehehe.

I've been so lazy to blog lately.. Despite having a working computer at home. I'm at work now and I'm so bored!!!!!!!!!! I'm alone in this boutique! It's just me, this laptop, a pack of Famous Amos cookies, my bottle of green tea, some other snacks and my iPod of course.

So great to be able to plug in my iPod to the speakers here. Basically I can do whatever I want la. And it's Thursday! No class on Thursdays, so I'm working full shift.

It's my babygirl Eca's birthday today. Happy birthday! Hehe! Muacks. I've been meeting her pretty often these days. It's convenient because we work in the same mall :D

I heard someone shouting out for me as I walked pass the stores. It's my ex-manager Asmarni. Lol. I had no idea she's workin in this mall too? She told me she just started work there a month ago. Yay can get staff discount! Hehe. It seems like I have abt 4-5 friends who work in the same mall as me. Hehe. 2 of my classmates too.

I'm here to blog abt yesterday actually. Finally a day worked out for Radzi and me after a week ahead of planning. He took half day from work for me! Hehe. But I still feel bad that I ended school late at 3 and by the time I reached home, it was only 1.5 hours later. I told him to meet me at 6 and we met at Vivo.

IZIT JUST ME OR WHAT? How come whenever I go out with guys they tend to tell me to take my time? Personally I feel that guys should never tell that to girls... Because when we take our time, we REALLY take our time. And if I'm ever late they can't put the blame on me! Hehe. He said the exact thing that the guy I previously went out with did.

Anw I was actually on time and all that.. But I wanted to be early. Hehehe. I play cheat abit and cabbed down just because I wanted to window shop. HAHAHA. Since it wasn't 6 yet anyway I went shopping alone. I called him to meet me at GV and it was already past 6 and I was wondering WHY I had no calls from him.

So I text him to let me know if he've reached. He told me he had reached. I was like wondering why he never called me! He said because I just told him to meet me there, so he just waited.. Very patient eh this Radzi. Other people would usually keep calling and calling me until I've reached. I was like, 'Hehe I buying clothes' LOL slap me please.

I hurried up with the payment and rushed to our meeting point. Had a hard time deciding what movie to watch. We settled for Imagine That because Sisters Keeper was selling fast. The movie was alright.. There are hilarious parts to it as well. Eddie Murphey what! Haha.

Anw we should have went out today instead and watch 2010! :( My fault also la. I picked the date... Because I'm workin on other days. Radzi said I'm a busy person. Lol.

Had dinner aftter that and I bumped into my colleague Siti and her bf :D We spent somemore time just hanging out talking abt almost anything and everything laughing the night away and before we knew it, it was time for home :( Parted ways with a hug and that's it for the night.

Here I am at work and I was like.. 20 minutes late? Hahaha. I'm bored :( I've been chatting with Fuhtee on msn since just now hehehe and I wanna play Scrabble on Facebook! Bye.

Better Off As Friends

You may be a really good friend to me but let's face it,
you can never be a good boyfriend.

This issue have been in my heart for so long that I feel it's time I channel it out for everyone to see. If there's any one thing that I've always avoided in my entire life, that would be having my own guy friend as my boyfriend.

It happens to me a couple of times already and I just don't want it to happen anymore. The awkwardness of it all would cause me to distant myself from him and then it ends. I hate that.

There's a reason to why I am close with my guy friends. I find comfort in confiding to them. Not that I don't with girls. I just feel that they're thinking from a different point of view and they tell me things I wouldn't even imagine my own boyfriend telling me, and the best part - they don't judge.

The best part of having a guy friend is that they could screw around with any girls they wanted to (Not that I'm encouraging it) and not hurt me. I do not have to deal with jealousy, making ridiculous assumptions and all that. See what I mean? Some men are really better as friends than a boyfriend. Let's face it, they just suck as boyfriends.

I feel sad. Sometimes I feel like I'm in my worse state ever that I feel like isolating myself from the world. But that would be selfish of me to do that because I know I still have friends who care for me. I never show my negativity towards the world. I detest that because that's like letting the whole world in on your weakness.

All I can do right now is just hope for a better tomorrow.

Kitzies!

3 of my kittens have been sneezing for days now.
Me tooooooooo :(

School's been school. I feel like I've lost my interest in going to school already. I know right, that's not me being me. Well at least for now. I'm not exempted from a module that 97% of my classmates were exempted of.

That's what I get for scoring a C grade in CTR during my Nitec year. Who would give a damn about that 1 C when I've scored other As anyway!? It didn't matter to me. Well at least until now. My class only needs to go to school for 3 days every week for this term. Lol.

Recently signed up for Chingay 2010 and according to the schedule, there's gonna be twice a week practices, every week. Not sure myself if I have the time to commit fully to it but we'll see how it works out with my already hectic schedule. Also signed up for the Sumatra trip next year in March I think. Organized by Mr Sam.

To think I signed up for it!?!! It's a freaking jungle and we're gonna be sleeping in the jungle. No comfort. No aircon. Cold showers. Insects-invaded!!!!!! Most importantly, no WIFI! What's life without wifi!?!!!

We had to sit on the damn grass during the YOG event and it itched my legs like crazy. Nina said that I'd be the first to die if I were to live in a jungle. Lol. I'm not even sure I'm gonna make out of it alive. But I'm always up for anything new. So bring it on!!

Sup everyone! I know it's been awhile but I really wasn't in the blogging mood for a period there. As usual, I'm always active on Twitter. So if you want updates do follow me @Twitter! I tweet alot.

Anyway.. Life's been good. Even though I'm broke as hell right now. Not sure where all my money goes to also. I really need to keep track of my spending and jot down little notes of everything.

Speaking of which, totally can't wait for payday! 9 more days. But feels like forever. I'm taking a day at a time. Treating every weekday like a weekend, just so my life feels fab as usual.

School's been great. Our lessons nowadays are usually 3-4 hours only and we start after noon. Totally allowed to sleep late and wake up late. Bliss. Well I'm in class. Angie's class, Writing for Business. Everyone's busy with their writeups and here I am typing away behind the computer screen. I am writing, in a way. Hehe.

Halloween's coming up and I really wanna celebrate it somewhere and do a get up on a costume. I want to look funny. Nothing kinky though, even though it'd be great too. Lol..

Beginning of A New Term

Late Nights and whatnots

The last 4 days of my school holidays was spent working my ass off. And to think that my manager gave me full shifts for 4 days straight. 9:40AM-9:40PM. Not complaining though, because I'm the one who wanted to work. Reason being, I only worked for a day the previous week. Busy with personal plans. Heh.

It was exhausting. Not really sure whether it was the travelling to town so goddamn early in the morning or the busyness at work. But I sure had fun with the girls ;) Mostly girls from the boutique. So happy to see them!

Haziq was so nice to let me off an hour earlier on that Sunday. So I called Shoe up since we're ending work at the same hour. Met her back at the boutique and asked her out for a movie - Sorority Row :) Got tickets at Lido for the 21:10 slot.

Movie was FAB! Mean Girls meets I Know What You Did Last Summer, probably with a better plot. So many hotties, sick parties. SICK MOVIE!!!!! I loved it. 4/5! As usual, movies with Shoe is always hilarious. Lol.. we couldn't stop with our OOOH and AHHHs when the hotties hit onscreen and our predictions abt the killer is always wrong! HAHA.

Late lunch break with Ifah at Nana Thai @ Far East. It was a quick one. Hee.

Had my late lunch break with her at Far East. Even got the time to do quick shopping and made her enter an adult store xxx for the first time (for her that is.) Lol.

That's Nad my colleague from the boutique. She's pretty new around work. I remember the first time I saw her, I was like, 'Isn't she my neighbour!?!!' Lol. I've seen her probably a good million times and we always used to board the same bus to JE. Always happen to sit opposite one another yet we never smiled or talked. Ever. Awkward or what!

Ha ha but of course not anymore. She's a friendly girl actually, (totally ignoring her bitchy face.) Lol true what! I told her that I like to act cool in the bus. HAHAHA seriously, but actually I am damn kental la. I told her that and she just lol. And she now rides a dirt bike which is damn awesome for her petite size!? No wonder I no longer bump into her in the bus anymore.

I've also been attending my module trainings for the other job. 2 modules down, 8 to go! I can't wait for it to be over :( It's not that boring actually. I love it when Helmy's the one taking over the class because he is hilarious! I still hate the freezing room though :(

I also found out that all my other future colleagues are mostly students from NTU, SMU, SIM, NUS :/ I was the only one from ITE!?!!! I never had any issues with telling people I'm from ITE but this time, somehow I felt inferior :( Help?

This was the night that Christine and I got lost. Ha ha blame her for taking too long in the loo! The entire group left us and we were left to find our way back on our own. Scared shitless. I told her I can't believe we were stuck at some place we don't even have access to, by right! Lol what if we got fired before we even started work! Somehow we managed to find our way back to the recital studio though :p

Okay, this is very overdue. It's one of those random nights where I was done with my night training and hungry at midnite :( I started lookin' up my contacts and dialed my friends for supper. Naz came down Teban to meet me and had supper.

Feeda joined us too, for a short while that is. Even bumped into an old friend from our primary school and hanged out with few other people unexpectedly. It was fun while it lasted!
